equipment supplier guarantees that the sound-pressure level does not exceed

around the equipment. Noise measurements shall be taken during expected full
load running in an environment similar to where the equipment will be
installed. The equipment supplier is responsible for noise measurements and
shall give a report to the client.
If sound-pressure level exceeds the specified maximum
level, the equipment supplier shall install, at his own expense, noise
reduction devices in order to meet the specified limit.
Following the installation of noise reduction devices, for
each dB(A) exceeding the specified maximum sound-pressure level, a penalty of
[1%]* will be applied to the equipment total cost".
